Hi Kinga, could you please introduce yourself briefly and share your favoritetip for selfcare with us?
Hello, I'm Kinga. I'm a hippie child and a natural scientist with a very artistic spirit that's always buzzing. I make sure to take time for myself to recover and find stability so that I can live out my creative self. One of my favorite tips for selfcare is to always take time for yourself, no matter what obstacles stand in your way. Because with enough rest, anything is possible.
You are an artist. What role do selfcare and empowerment play in your work?
When I paint, I feel calm, which puts me in a mental state of balance and tranquility. Access to this space, both physically and mentally, inspires me to create my best art. This process is very delicate and requires me to take care of myself inside and out so that I can approach my work with the best state of mind. 
As a creative, the search for inspiration is probably an important part of your everyday life. Where do you find inspiration?
Given the pace of life and its demands, it is very difficult to constantly find inspiration, but I always turn to Mother Nature and her artistic fire to pull myself together again and reconnect with my creative side. When I can, I look at my memories and play with how I can combine the abstractions of my experiences and thoughts with the realism of nature through different lights, colors, and textures.
What do you do when you feel like your energy level is dropping? Do you have a special routine for that?
To feel more energized again, my routine consists primarily of paying attention to my nutrition and making sure I get enough sleep. I also bring my energy level back into balance through yoga and breathing exercises, and use essential oils and incense to calm my senses. I also pay close attention to my skincare routine and the products I use to refresh my energy level. In the morning, I use the Nordic flawless Serum and the brave Anti Aging Cream. In the evening, I use the spirited Night Creme and the fierce Brightening Eye Cream.
Do the products you use in everyday life have an impact on how you feel overall?
Yes, the products I use in my daily life have a major impact on how I feel overall. And not only in terms of immediate and long-term physical results, but also in how they align with the holistic picture I have of my life. I rarely wear makeup, and refreshed, rested, and well-cared-for skin is my way of looking and feeling good.
How do you choose products that enrich your life with empowering and mindful rituals?
I always do my research before deciding to treat myself or my skin with a new product. I want to know that I am making a smart choice, not only for myself but also for our planet. I look for the use of high-quality and natural ingredients that are environmentally friendly and plastic-free. This gives me the feeling that I am doing something good for our planet while also doing something good for myself. I love knowing that my body, my skin, and our world are in good hands.
